Keenan / Thompson features two recordings from Bill Thompson's first UK tour in 2006 - 2007.

Joined by sound artist Patrick Keenan for the majority of the dates, the album represent the duo's earliest efforts together.

'Snow Through a Window at Night' is from an early rehearsal recording made in Aberdeen; 'What Are We Going To Do Now' is a live recording from the second gig of the tour at the RSA in Edinburgh.

For the majority of the tour Keenan performed with tabletop guitar and live electronics; Thompson performed with laptop, hacked electronics and found objects on 'Snow Through a Window at Night' and with the same set up minus the laptop for 'What Are We Going To Do Now' as it was lost in transit from the repair shop.
